Cochrane has had vested interests for years. Most of the public just didn't have a clue. Or didn't want to believe it. They preferred to trust in their myth. Many still do now.

Also, it's important for the public to understand that Cochrane's PRO-corporate medicine bias (eg with vaccines) is part of a larger systemic frame of operation, as is evident in their fabrication of studies AGAINST competitors of corporate medicine, such as the dietary supplement industry.

Gotzsche's expulsion is an indication of the much bigger reality that's been brewing: the corrupt corporate establishment's cracking down, censoring, and marginalizing dissidents -- it's going on in every area of science. Unsurprisingly, we live in a tyrannical corporatist world now.
