I find it disturbing that a supposed defense attorney working as a public defender would take the position, ‘Just because a forensic scientist has been shown to have dry labbed or made a mistake in a few cases, does that mean that all of the cases they were involved with are suspect?’. I would expect that attitude from a prosecutor at the DA's office, not from someone who is paid handsomely by the tax-paying public to protect citizens from prosecutorial misconduct.
