The COVID-19 pandemic has strained human resources globally. Health care workers (HCWs) are the front warriors in this pandemic and their judicious utilization is a must task in this long battle. Proper allocation of healthcare resources, training of HCWs for COVID -19 care and infection prevention, systematic and realistic duty plans are key tools. Planned management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), drugs and instruments can ensure their uninterrupted supply. The fight against COVID-19 continues worldwide and to secure success, adherence to the preventive measures and good management skills, are essential. It is mostly affected by HCWs awareness and preparedness toward COVID-19.
