
Charlotte Pugsley
Charlotte joined the Royal Society of Chemistry in 2023 as a publishing editor after completing her PhD at the University of Leeds. Her PhD research focused on developing novel block copolymers for the protection of double-stranded RNA for insect control and crop protection. In 2024 Charlotte moved to a role as an assistant editor in the energy & environment open access team, working on the peer review and strategic development of EES catalysis, energy advances, environmental science: advances, environmental science: atmospheres & RSC sustainability journals. Outside of work Charlotte enjoys running, swimming, and cycling, as well as sewing or anything craft-related!
