Of course. Chemists who actively worked for the U.S. government synthesising Agent Orange should be imprisoned for their work knowingly developing Chemical Weapons. Sadly, money corrupts the minds. Using science for evil is morally bankrupt and reprehensible, and should result in the stripping of any academic credentials they hold.
