Graduate scheme 

As a graduate trainee, you will be supported through the first 12 months of our training programme.

Training and development

During your first three years you will undergo a programme of structured internal and external training delivered by industry professionals and experienced recruiters.

Typical starting salaries

We offer a competitive salary progression scheme for this role. Starting salary is £20,000 with commissions and bonus. First year OTE is expected to be between £25,000 and £35,000 (uncapped).

Desired degree disciplines/experience

Educated in a relevant degree (including Stem, business, economics), we are happy to give future life changers their first role in recruitment (as a recruitment consultant) and train them to the highest possible standards.
