Join us for an exclusive Chemistry World webinar, where we sat down for an hour with Melanie Sanford, renowned scientist and leading figure in the field of organic and inorganic chemistry. Melanie’s ground breaking research focusing on the development and study of transition metal catalysed reactions is widely applied in the chemicals industry for the efficient construction of new pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals.

In this live and interactive webinar – broadcast on 16 April 2025 – Melanie joins us to share her personal experiences navigating academia and industry. She also gives insight into her career and the scientific discoveries that have propelled her to the forefront of modern chemistry.

During the session, the live audience had the opportunity to put their questions to Melanie, and she answers these in the live Q&A at the end of the session.

This webinar will appeal to established chemists and students alike.
